How do I place an order?
To place an order, simply add the product that you are interested in to your cart and then proceed to the checkout. You will either need to use your existing Amazon.com account or simply register for one. We are very proud to offer you fraud protection by using Amazon´s check out system.
How long will it take to receive my order?
When you place an order, we estimate shipping and delivery dates based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Shipping date estimates will appear in the order form and, you'll see both shipping and delivery date estimates in the order confirmation e-mail and in the order summary in Your Account.
What is your return policy?
You may return new, unopened items sold by Toy Orchard and fulfilled by Amazon.com within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items should be returned in their original product packaging. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error. Just visit Amazon´s online
Returns Center, and they will guide you through the process and even supply you with a return mailing label you can print out.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). We´ll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we´ve received and processed the returned item.
For items that are shipped directly from our Indian Orchard, MA store, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery for a refund minus the shipping cost, unless there was a defect with the product. Items must be in their original product packaging. Please contact us about the refund and then we will send you a refund number to please include in your package. Once the items are received we will process and credit your account.
Do you ship outside of the U.S.?
No, unfortunately at this time we are not shipping outside of the U.S.
Why do you have advertising for competitors on your site?
Internet sales are very competitive and we understand that you are looking for a good price. Here at Toy Orchard, we felt that it would be better to make a smaller percentage through an affiliate link rather than completely losing a sale to a competitor with a lower price.
Do you take special orders for items that are not in stock or are not listed on your website?
Please contact us for any special orders and we will do our best to find what you are looking for. We understand that sometimes it can be very difficult to locate that perfect item and we at Toy Orchard will do our best to accommodate you.
Will my purchase be shipping directly from Toy Orchard?
Toy Orchard uses Amazon´s fulfillment program for most of its items. We send all of our items into Amazon´s warehouse and then have them shipped out from there when an order is placed. This gives us to opportunity to offer our customers the option of using Amazon´s Prime shipping program if they choose to. Special Orders will be shipped directly from our Indian Orchard, MA store.
