Tonka Chuck & Friends - 5 Inch-Chuck The Dump Truck w/Spinning WheelsJun 05, 2011
By Keyvan My son has several of the smaller of these soft car toys. He loves cars and really likes this one. What is great about these toys is they have the best wheels of any toy cars in his collection. They will roll forever and are great on wood floors or carpet.
The drawback to this dumpster is that other than the wheels it has no moving parts. However, my son does not care whether the other parts move or not.
overpriced.Dec 20, 2010

*Do not pay more than $5 each for these. I paid 3.99 each for them at Toys R Us and Walmart. *They are made out of one solid piece of rubber, so the dump truck doesn't dump, the tow truck doesn't tow. *They roll GREAT, we take them to the park and have a blast racing them down the slide. *since they're made out of rubber they don't hurt to step on, and don't do much damage when crashed into things!
All in all I would buy these again, but not for the prices listed here on Amazon.
Durable truckNov 22, 2010
By MaryH I was looking for a durable truck that would stand up to the abuse of an active 20 month old. I needed it to fit the old Little Tykes green mountain set that had belonged to his father. This truck fit the bill perfectly. I will probably buy a couple of others to make the set.

Chuck the Dump Truck - very disappointingDec 04, 2009

not what I expected - over priced for the quality and size. Not for 2 and over - too boring. I will be sending this one back even though I will be losing money on the shipping and insurance. Does not dump - one solid piece of rubber. It would be a good doggie toy if it didn't have the spinning wheels.

No description, of this item.Dec 03, 2009
By H. C. Koppler Not at all what I was looking for. The description does not include any materials it is made with. I assumed it would be durable plastic. It's not, it's rubber. The dump truck and bed is one solid piece (What is the point if it can't dump). There are very few movable parts. It looks like a dog's rubber chew toy.
I would think with a few modification it could be safe for a baby to teeth on. It's too boring for two year olds and up.
