Buy elsewhereDec 08, 2009
By momofthree Why would you pay almost $54 when you can get this same product at Target for $20?

This product did not stick well as it said on the box.Feb 11, 2010
By K. Lin I bought Glitter Lave Ice Art Desk for my 8 years old daughter who loves arts and crafts. She had some hard time to spread the lava evenly on the desk. Then the finished art works could only stick to the window for a couple of days, then they fell off. I tried to use water to help them stick to the window but to no avail. Eventualy the lave art works she created curled at the edge and made them impossible to stick to any flat surface. My daughter did enjoy making it, but felt dissappointed about the peel and stick part. We decide to use glue to stick them on another piece of paper for display. Don't trust everything the manufacurer said about this product.

The other reviewer is correct. I just bought this exact kit for my niece today at Target. It was originally priced at $20 but on sale for $14 and they had a bunch of them. Maybe it's hard to find in other parts of the country. Just wait til after Christmas, there will be plenty.

By choicewordz Reluctant to buy as this product had mixed reviews but my 9 yo daughter begged Santa for this for Christmas. Such a disappointment! The colour bleeds and you need some sort of black pen to outline your image or it is very wishy-washy. Would definately not recommend this product.
So disappointing!Dec 25, 2010
By coley My 7yo daughter received this for Christmas. She is really into arts and crafts and we had high hopes for the toy but we were so disappointed. The glitter lava is a soft gooey medium much like toy slime. Its supposed to be able to be spread across a clear plastic window so you can shape it and colour it and let the shapes dry. But really what you're left with is a blobby slime that won't hold its shape. Spend your money elsewhere.
