5Dragon Drenchers RockMay 31, 2011

This water toy is a riot and considering it is only good for one big shot, it is best as a backup
weapon to pull out of your arsenal.

5Lessons from the 5-10 age groupMay 31, 2011
By Don Marshall "Building31"
After reading the positive and negative reviews, I almost did not go with this toy, but I am glad I did.
My end analysis is that adults don't really get it, but 7 years olds think it is the greatest thing on earth(to make dragon noises while soaking each other silly)

5My son loves theseDec 02, 2011
By SnoopyHJ
My son loves these for some reason. I don't really get it, but as long as he is playing with it, I guess money well spent. They seem to be holding up just fine. You have to be careful not to overfill them, or you could burst the tubing. It is kind of a pain to fill, you have a little adapter you have to put on the hose, and then make sure the mouth is open but it is not too terrible. I couldn't figure it out at first, but once I realized I you need to have the mouth all the way open, it was fine. My son hasn't gotten the hang of filling them yet, so mom is stuck filling them and since it doesn't hold much water, it stinks for mom. But like I said, he and his friends love running around spraying each other with their dragons. We have 2 and I ordered 2 more for Christmas stocking stuffers to have on hand for next summer.

1Too tricky to fill with waterAug 21, 2011
By N. Harshbarger "Love for kids"
My son received this toy for his birthday and although it looks cool and when filled up my son loved it, the filling of the water dragon was ridiculous. You have to put the adaptor on the hose and then open the dragon's mouth so it can fill with water. When you take the dragon off the hose there isn't a valve to stop the water. If you shut off the hose when it is 1/2 filled then you still get sopping wet. The idea is creative, but there needs to be either an On and Off Valve for the adaptor or it needs another way to fill up. I was disappointed and we now do not use it.

4Nice toy, I worry about it blowing up.Aug 01, 2011

I'll start by making a quick response to some problems people have had with these toys.
1. Turn the water off before disconnecting the toy... that just makes sense if you don't want to get wet.
2. It takes about 5 -6 seconds to fill. that is pretty quick if you ask me.
3. I have a three and a 5 year old that can fill up their own. Just take the time to show them how. They connect it, turn on the water, open the mouth, fill, close the mouth, turn off the water and disconnect..

Now, My boys like their dragon tubes, they run and play... my only concern is that the tubes are going to burst. This might just be my fear of swollen tubes coming into play, but how big are these things supposed to get. are they two stages of engorgement? They started by just being about an inch and a half or so in diameter, now one blows up twice that, stretching the poor dragon skin, but only the lower part. I would say from the blue dragon's mid abdomen down, extra large

If they blow up, I'll let you all know..
