 Great way to take the video game out of Angry Birds!Nov 06, 2011

I found this little pig at a shop while on vacation and bought it to use as a bribe for good behavior for my kids. It turned out to be even better than I thought!
My kids (6 and 8) are obsessed with Angry Birds. Every chance they get to harass someone with a smartphone to play the game they do. What I don't like is how they can easily zone out for hours playing it.
I got them each a red bird and a pig. Little did I know this meant that they would start playing a live action angry birds game! On the trip they would set up elaborate pillow forts for the pigs to sit under and the angry birds to knock down. We of course had to set a rule that angry birds could only pretend to fly, not actually be thrown!
The two of them sleeping with their angry birds stuffies every night! These definitely have been a big hit.
These are about a little larger than a softball. Others have complained that they stopped making noise quickly - that hasn't been our experience, we've had them for months now and they still make their little noises. I don't think the noises would really matter to my kids anyway.

 BEWARE!! Disapoointed after "switch" without noticeAug 07, 2011

I ordered the 8" plush and PAID FOR the 8" plush toy, thus EXPECTING an 8" plush toy. When it arrived at my door, I opened the small box and to my dismay, it was a very SMALL 8". Since I ordered two 8" plush toys and only one arrived (according to the Amazon Website at checkout, they were being shipped by two different companies, Commonwealth and ABC Toys,) I figured I would wait until the other arrived before I jump to conclusions. A day later, the other 8" plush toy arrived and it was a true 8". Side-by-side, these two are clearly different in size, so I concluded that the first 8" toy, (the pig) was NOT the 8" toy I ordered and PAID for. I got online, checked my invoice and to my surprise, even the INVOICE said 5" plush toy. THAT IS NOT WHAT IT SAYS ON MY ORIGINAL PRINTED INVOICED UPON MY ORDER!! When I contacted someone about this, they told me I ordered the 5" because that is what the invoice says. So I posed the young lady a question: "Why would I be charged the price of an 8" plush toy if, according to you, I ordered a 5" plush?" She had no response, instead, the call was "disconnected".
I feel that this company, "Commonwealth" handled this situation poorly and unfairly, in that NO CONTACT WAS EVER ATTEMPTED BY THEM TO INFORM ME THAT THEY WERE SWITCHING MY ORDER FROM AN 8" TO A 5" TOY. I feel, they gladly accepted my money and stuck any old thing in a box, the old "BAIT AND SWITCH" if you will, or in my case, "PAY and switch"! BUYERS BEWARE!!!

I love that this is the helmet pig after an Angry Bird attack! It's very cute and will delight anyone whether they enjoy the Angry Birds game or not.

My son affectionately calls this toy his "Angry Pig"
This plushy is the perfect example of a toy which inspires imagination for small children
My son has played with this toys for hours by building Lego houses for his "Angry Pig" and laughing hysterically at his creation
I'm giving this a 5 in educational value due to the fact he actually creates his own fun with this toy instead of drooling at a computer screen
Small Gripe - The "hat" of this toy is sewed on in 3 places by a simple stitch... aka it was removed in the first 10 minutes of play

If you are getting this for a young child that loves Angry Birds, they will probably enjoy this toy. The sounds it makes are very low in volume.
